WHAT IS COMPLIANCE IN BUSINESSES?

It is to comply with external laws and regulations, as well as with the internal controls that govern the company's activity in all its processes. WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF AN INDUSTRY WITHOUT COMPLIANCE?

Being in an industry where companies do not have common rules of operation and do not disseminate the culture of compliance both internally and in relation to its competitors means being in a business environment conducive to illegal business practices, violation of laws and business rules, being "contaminated" by a negative image as a company, which can lead to financial, asset, market, and many other losses.
